This book is a collection of seven novellas already published by Ash Ericmore. It entails seven women (or otherworldly creatures that inhabit a woman’s body) and seven deadly sins. It is one of the best extreme horror reads I have read in while.
If you are looking for women who are absolutely brutal without needing to be pushed to the edge by the constant theme of SA and victimization, this is the book. One of the stories I can’t stop thinking about involves a woman who is a cannibal but gets trapped in her own dungeon. I never thought that I could be amused and horrified at the same exact time until I read the end of this story. In addition, given Ericmore’s very readable, direct writing style, I was surprised at the inclusion of a cosmic horror story. I’m reading along as normal and all of a sudden her body rips open into a terrifying cosmic creature. I literally put the book down in my lap and said, “that did not just happen.” But it did.
I looked forward to coming home and reading a story each night. When I was done, I immediately purchased another Ericmore book and an Ash Ericmore Fan Boy t-shirt. If he had a Fan Daddy t-shirt, I would have gotten that. Carry on. Buy the book.
