Deadbeat: Extremities #1 by Maxim Volk

Like most kids of the 80’s, I loved Choose Your Own Adventure books. So, when I saw the Slashic Horror Press was releasing a ‘narrative maze’ where you become a gay zombie in an extreme horror story, I could not buy it fast enough. I slept with guys in bath houses, ate people who did me wrong, and tried real hard not to eat the cult that brought me back or the nice, crazy lady under the bridge. But as you know, you pick a path, turn to the designated page, and you watch helplessly—or in many cases eagerly—as you desecrate, annihilate, and digest your way across the city. And that damn zombie hunter keeps showing up right in the middle of my dinner.

     This was an extreme read of literal awesomeness. I highly recommend you pick it up. It’s on the zon and the SHP website.
