Bloody Shores and Other Nautical Nightmares by Thomas Stewart

Three people with three stories. A news reporter, a fisherman, and a man on a cruise with his family all encounter the same aquatic cosmic horror. The news reporter’s conspiracy ridden tale starts things out. You follow along as he plans to discover why the town doesn’t seem to care that eviscerated bodies are washing up on shore. He witnesses a fish cult wrapped in secrecy and a fish man that will fit perfectly into the weird stories he publishes. The fisherman gets some answers about the fish man in the form of a beautiful woman. And just when you acquire a healthy fear of the fish man, our man on a cruise uncovers something even more deadly. What can be more deadly than the fish man? You’ll have to read it to find out.

This was a fun read. It had a B movie feel to it. If you like weird aquatic cosmic horror, this is a good one.
